All prices will be confirmed by quote prior to order placement.

Proof reading must be done by you the client. Any amendments after approval will be charged accordingly.
Proofs must be signed and sent back to Jackson Hennigan before your order can be made.
If an order is cancelled, all work carried out which exceeds the deposit paid must be paid for.
Any changes to table plans within 7 days of the event/function will be charged at £5.00 per table to cover costs of extra work.
If you require guest names to be printed on invitations or place cards, or personalised address labels for your guests, these will be charged at 20p per item.
We do not accept returns as these are bespoke and handmade products.
All stationery is handmade, slight variations may occur between each item.
Jackson Hennigan will not be held responsible for gaining copyright permission for the use of hymns or graphics used in its designs. This is at the client's discretion.
